Orders are processed within 5 to 6 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).

In-store Pickup
You can choose to collect your purchase directly at our shop located at 175 Avenue Louise, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your item.
Shipping within Belgium
- Standard delivery: €10
- Delivery is usually completed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping within Europe
- Delivery cost: €20
- Delivery time varies depending on the country but typically takes 5-7 business days.
International Shipping (Rest of the World)
- Delivery cost: €40
- For orders exceeding 5 kg, shipping cost is €50.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, typically 7-10 business days.

We offer free delivery on all orders over €300 within Belgium, Europe, and internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to international orders.
We recommend using tracked shipping for all orders, especially for higher-value items.
