How do I know if an item is sold ?

- You can call us at any time to find out if an item is sold. Payments are not made automatically. Once you call us and an item is sold, we will issue you a bank transfer the following Monday.

What happens if the item is not sold ?

- You can collect your items at any time, provided you notify us in advance. If you do not wish to take them back, we entrust them to associations.
During sales periods, items not returned before June 15 (summer) and before December 15 (winter) will benefit from a -50% discount. 
Items remaining after the sales will be taken back between September 15 and 30 (summer) and between February 15 and 28 (winter). 
After these dates, the items will disappear as abandoned.

How long do your items stay in store ?

- It depends on the date of your deposit. About 6 months maximum.

How are prices set ?

- Prices vary depending on brand, collection, condition and trend.

Can I exchange or get a refund ?

- When purchasing online, you can make a return under certain conditions. In-store exchanges and refunds are not accepted.
