Returns & refunds

We accept returns within fourteen (14) business days from the date of shipment.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when received.

• All original labels and tags must still be attached.

• The item must be returned to the shop address, at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return parcels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.

Items not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale

• Accessories (e.g., jewelry, belts, hats) for hygiene reasons

• Damaged items caused by improper use or handling
