Deposit conditions
In order to ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we ask that you follow the steps below before entrusting us with your items.
1. Making an appointment in advance
Before coming to the store, it is preferable to make an appointment by calling us directly at +32 2 640 42 45 for the women's store or +32 2 640 24 48 for the men's store.
You can also fill out the online form.
This will allow us to better organize the management of your deposit and offer you a personalized service.
2. Details of the items to be deposited
When making an appointment, please provide us with a detailed description of your clothing, including brands, sizes, materials, as well as the general condition of the pieces. This information helps us to best prepare your deposit and set a fair price.
3. Deposit in store
Once the appointment is confirmed, you can bring your items to the store. We will welcome you in an elegant setting, where we will examine your clothes together and determine their price.
4. Evaluation and pricing
Prices are set in collaboration with our team, taking into account several criteria such as the brand, condition, demand and seasonality of the items. All prices are validated with you before proceeding with the sale.
5. Featured on our social networks
As soon as your items are posted, we feature them on our social networks to maximize their visibility and attract potential buyers.
6. Sales monitoring
You can contact us at any time to find out if any of your items have been sold. When this is the case, a bank transfer corresponding to the sale will be made the following Monday, so that you can receive your payment quickly.
7. Sale policy
During sales periods, items not taken back before June 15 (summer) and before December 15 (winter) will be discounted at -50%.
Items remaining after the sales must be taken back between September 15 and September 30 (summer) and between February 15 and February 28 (winter).
After these dates, items will be considered abandoned.
"Wild deposit"
We offer you the possibility to drop off your items with ease thanks to our "wild deposit" system, whether you are already a depositor or not.
This method of deposit does not require an appointment and works flexibly. Here's how it works:
1. Drop off your items
You can drop off your bags of clothing and accessories directly in store, without having to make an appointment. We advise you to come on Fridays or Saturdays, we also accept fly-tipping on other days of the week, depending on our availability.
2. Registration of your contact details
When you drop off your items, we take your contact details so that we can contact you easily and create a depositor file for you if you are not yet in our directory.
3. Item validation
Once your items have been dropped off, our team will review them and make a decision on whether to accept them. This assessment will be made within the following week.
4. Feedback
We will contact you the following week to inform you whether your items have been accepted for drop-off or not. If your items are not accepted, you will be able to pick them up directly in store.
"Wild deposit" is a quick and convenient solution, but keep in mind that we do not immediately assess your items. It is important to note that "wild deposit" is best done on Fridays and Saturdays.
